To Enter the Monthly Print Competition

Simply bring your dues and print(s) to the monthly meeting.

At the meeting you will be required to provide the following information: Image Title Photographer’s Name Category: A, AA, or AAA Subject: Open or Special Subject

Print Format and Size

Prints must be matted and/or board mounted.

• A print cannot be smaller than 8” x 10.”
• A print’s total size (including mat board) can be no larger than 18” x 24.”
• Panoramas are limited to 8″x 24″ maximum.
• Framed, metal, and canvas prints are not allowed.
• Watermarks, signatures, or other identifying marks are not allowed on the front of the image or matting.​

Print Labeling

The Print Scoring Sheet is available at meetings. You can also download and print your own before hand. The Sheet is designed for use with 4in x 3.3in Avery labels 8164 or 5164.

Fill out two labels:

• Adhere one label to the back upper left-hand corner of the mounting for each of your prints.
• The second scoring label must also be filled out and attached with a single piece of tape below the first scoring label, so that it can be easily removed.
